Green Fee Packages are non-transferable and DO NOT include a shared power cart.  Power cart packages can be purchased otherwise a $20 cart fee will apply prior to play

Green Fee Packages are electronic and reside within the players online profile. 

Players must provide proof of Island Residency for all Islander Packs

All players must sign the Bear Mountain Waiver prior to play
